I Hurt My Crafting Hand

seriously, my right hand cramps up if I try to hold a pen, embroidery needle or knitting needle. I hope it is better before this pattern I ordered comes in:



I also really like this one. I could probably make up my own, but with a pattern I might actually get around to doing it.
